Using Clockout in ChatGPT

Connect: add Clockout from the ChatGPT plugin directory, then sign in with your Clockout account.
Lock in: tell ChatGPT what you're working on and ask it to lock you in, for example "Lock me in on the Doggo onboarding". Clockout tracks your time until you say you're done.
Finish: say you're done, or answer "did you ship it?" when the timer ends. Shipped goals go into your work log.
Check in: ask "What did I ship this week?" or "Who's locked in right now?"
Disconnect: remove Clockout in ChatGPT's settings at any time.
